Sakintepe is conveniently located 190 km from Ankara (2 hours) and 260 km from Istanbul (3 hours), both
cities with international airports. Sakintepe is 10 km from the city center of Bolu and has two roads that will lead you here, one to be used in the winter and one for the summer.

If you coming from Ankara:

In the summer, take the Bolu doğu exit off of the TEM highway (warning Google maps gets this exit wrong) and get on the old highway toward Bolu until you come to the Yedigöller sign for the 7 Lakes National Park. On your right will be the Bridgestone Tires and the Köroğlu Düğün Salonu. Turn right between those two buildings and follow the Yedigöller signs. After you see the Çukurören village sign, in about 500 meters you will see our Sakintepe sign on your right.

In the winter snowy months, come the same way after you turn off the old highway to the Yedigöller road. There will be a Y in the road at a Yurt Gas sign where the Yedigöller road will veer left and you will veer right and go past the Arcelik factory and under the TEM highway. Continue on that road through Hamzabey Village. There is a kids playground on your right, you will continue straight ahead to the left of a log building. You will continue through Fındıcak Village and around the corner up the hill until you see the Sakintepe sign.

If you are coming from Istanbul:

In the summer, take the Bolu batı exit off of the TEM highway (warning Google maps gets this exit wrong) and get on the old highway toward Bolu until you see the Bridgestone Tires and Köroğlu Düğün Salonu on your left. Go around the circle and turn right between those two buildings on the Yedigöller road. Follow the signs for Yedigöller , when you see Çukurören village sign, in about 500 meters you will see our Sakintepe sign on your right.

You will continue through Findicak Village and round the corner up the hill until you see the Sakintepe sign.
